Your roundup of everything you need to know regarding injuries around the league going into Week 11:
WR Davante Adams (hamstring) - Adams left the game against the Lions on Sunday with what appeared to be a serious hamstring injury, but that hasnât stopped the Rams from holding out hope for the league leader in touchdowns among WRs to return in time for tomorrow nightâs game agains the Seahawks. Rams HC Sean McVay admitted that thereâs considerable doubt that Adams will be able to go at the end of the day, but given that we just saw Amon-Ra St. Brown defy the odds just two weeks ago, itâs tough to rule anything out for certain. Given the Ramsâ current positioning and their larger aspirations beyond the regular season, it would be a surprise to see Adams suit up in Week 16 even with the magnitude of the matchup being as high as it is. If Adams doesnât play â which is still the likely outcome here â Puka Nacua will be the overall WR1 in fantasy for Week 16âs rankings, while TE Colby Parkinson would be worth a look as a solid TE1 after putting himself on the map with more than solid play over the past few weeks.
QB Patrick Mahomes (ACL/LCL) - Mahomes wasted no time going under the knife to repair his ACL and LCL, having surgery this week and already beginning the recovery process with the hope of returning in Week 1 of the 2026 season. Whether that is within the range of outcomes for him remains to be seen, but what we can be sure of is that heâll be out for the final three games of the season. Gardner Minshew will take over the rest of the way for the Chiefs, and he should be able to do enough to support the high-end talents in Kansas City like Rashee Rice and Travis Kelce in Mahomesâ absence. However, both receive slight downgrades the rest of the way, while Mahomes turns his attention to 2026. There shouldnât be any concerns about Mahomesâ long-term dynasty value assuming he has a straightforward recovery process, but any time missed in 2026 would certainly dampen both his value next year and the Chiefsâ offensive playmakers overall.
WR Ricky Pearsall (knee/ankle) - âthere is a concernâ In the immediate aftermath of Sundayâs victory over the Titans, HC Kyle Shanahan expressed optimism that Pearsall would be fine after leaving the game Sunday with knee and ankle injuries. That positivity has since taken a turn for the worst, with Shanahan telling reporters Tuesday that âthere is a concernâ now regarding Pearsallâs injuries three days removed from Week 15âs action. That places his status for Mondayâs Week 16 game against the Colts in question coming on the heels of his best game since Week 3, a six catch, 96-yard performance vs the Titans. Pearsall was hardly startable coming into last weekâs game with just 9 total targets over three games since returning from his knee injury, and if he would miss again, Jauan Jennings and George Kittle would be the primary beneficiaries. Even if Pearsall is able to turn things around this week and make the start on Monday, heâd be a desperate flex play at best in the second round of the fantasy football playoffs.
WRs Rome Odunze (foot) & Luther Burden (ankle) - BJ says they need to âprotect Odunze from himselfâ, Burden is âday-by-dayâ It sounds a lot like Odunze wants to play, but it seems the Bears and Ben Johnson have their sights set on the larger goal beyond winning in Week 16 when it comes to deciding whether or not Odunze ultimately sees the field. Johnson said that the team may have to âprotect him [Odunze] from himselfâ when it comes to Odunzeâs status this week, which would seem to suggest that the Bears have plans to keep him out of action at least one more game to make sure heâs 100% right for the end of the season and playoffs. If Odunze misses, D.J. Moore and Luther Burden would both be playable once again as WR3/flex plays against the Packers this week. Keep in mind, too, that Burden is considered day-to-day with an ankle injury of his own, so monitor injury reports these next few days to ensure heâs playing.
Bam Knight (ankle) - The Cardinalsâ RB room continues to get thinner in the wake of Trey Benson failing ti be activated from IR, this time with Bam Knight suffering whatâs being described as a âbad sprainâ thatâs landed him on IR. Heâll be out the rest of the season, leaving a platoon between Michael Carter and Emari Demercado to hold down the fort for the final three games of the season in Arizonaâs backfield. Carter would be the preferred pickup between the two given that heâll likely hold down the primary role, but both remain nothing more than desperate flex plays in a relatively neutral matchup against the Falcons this week. With Jacoby Brissett and co. putting up plenty of garbage time production, thereâs a chance that one of the two RBs could stumble into a touchdown â which is essentially whatâs being banked on with either of Carter or Demercado in lineups this week. Hereâs to hoping youâre in a better situation than one where you need to depend on either of these two in Week 16, especially if youâve advanced to the second round of the fantasy playoffs.
Commanders shut down QB Jayden Daniels (elbow) for the remainder of the 2025 season with the team eliminated from playoff contention
Daniels has had multiple stretches of games this season heâs missed due to various injuries, and with the Commanders just playing their way out of a higher draft pick with each game they win, the decision to put Daniels on the shelf for the rest of the lost season is an obvious one. Fantasy managers wonât be able to take advantage of a relatively solid schedule to close the fantasy season against the Eagles and the Cowboys â that is, unless they pick up Marcus Mariota for the stretch run, who has been perfectly serviceable as a fantasy starter in relief of Daniels. Mariota profiles as a fringe QB1 on his own, while the receivers like McLaurin and Deebo are both WR3 plays with Zach Ertz (ACL) also done for the year. The good news is that Jayden Daniels should have no lingering effects from this seasonâs injuries in 2026 and beyond, and he remains one of the top dynasty quarterbacks despite the disappointing sophomore campaign.

Trevor Lawrence is on an absolute heater right now, the Giants backfield shifts, and is Davante Adams set to miss the rest of the fantasy season? Faraz breaks down everything you need to know about this past weekendâs action and projects ahead!

Rome Odunze leaves fantasy managers hanging
Despite Rome Odunze being declared active, he re-aggravated his foot injury right before the game started. Luther Burden stepped up, racking up 6 catches for 84 yards on 7 targets, on only 16 routes (44% target rate). The reason why he ran so few routes was because he left the game in the 3rd quarter with an ankle injury. If heâs fine, Burden gets a boost the rest of the way; if not, DJ Moore and Colston Loveland would get an upgrade (5 targets each). Moore ended up with two TDs in this game (5/4/69/2).
Trevor Lawrence is starting to feel the Liam Coen magic
330 yards and 5 TDs for Lawrence against the Jets, with three of them going Travis Etienneâs way. Jakobi Meyers and Brian Thomas Jr ended up tying for the lead in targets with 7, but BTJ was the one who ended up in the end zone, which is something we have been dying to see all year long - it was just his second TD all year. With a tough matchup on deck against Denver next week, itâll also be tough to trust him to come through again. Keep an eye on Bhayshul Tutenâs finger injury; if he misses, Etienne gets an upgrade.
Patrick Mahomes eliminates ACL, Chiefs eliminated from playoffs
Double-whammy for the Chiefs - not only have they been officially eliminated from the playoffs, but their star QB has to now spend the off-season recovering from a torn ACL and LCL. I wouldnât expect this injury to have an impact on Mahomesâ dynasty value, but talk about a brutal end to the Chiefs season. While we should probably expect downgrades with Gardner Minshew at QB the rest of the way, I would continue to start Rashee Rice and Travis Kelce next week given their ability to soak up targets regardless of whoâs throwing the ball.
The Giants backfield shifts back in favor of Tyrone Tracy Jr.
Tyrone Tracy played on 76% of snaps and ended the game with 18 touches, 97 total yards and 2 TDs; Devin Singletary only received 6 touches and totaled 14 yards. The last time we saw this, the backfield flipped, so be cautious moving forward. The one non-ideal situation was Singletary continuing to be on the field for all four goal line snaps for the Giants on Sunday. But regardless, this is a good sign and the preferred outcome. Next weekâs matchup against the Vikings is a tough one, so temper expectations, but Tracy would be in play while we cross our fingers that they donât randomly switch it up again like they did in Week 13 after Tracyâs two big games.
Davante Adams: done for the rest of the fantasy season? :(
Adams was dealing with a hamstring injury, but it wasnât serious enough to keep him from playing. Unfortunately, he aggravated the same hamstring mid-route, and will likely be out this Thursday night against Seattle. With the Rams already clinching a playoff spot, they will probably want Adams to be 100% for when it matters most, which could keep him out through the regular season. Puka Nacua could go God mode like he started to do on Sunday - 9 catches for 181 yards on 11 targets. Colby Parkinson could be the biggest beneficiary; he ended the day for 5 catches for 75 yards and 2 TDs on 7 targets. He should be rostered moving forward, especially for a good matchup against the Seahawks. I wouldnât drop Adams yet, in case he ends up suiting up Week 17.
