Saturdays are for... injuries? 🤕

Michael Pittman and Zack Moss both go down – and so does Ja'Marr Chase!

All of the most important fantasy news over the last 24 hours – all in one place.

  • Colts RB Zack Moss leaves game Saturday vs Steelers with arm injury, WR Michael Pittman Jr. suffers concussion

    • Top-50 fantasy players continue to drop like flies this season, with both Zack Moss and Michael Pittman Jr. exiting the game early against the Steelers after putting up very promising production in their time on the field. Moss, who has averaged over 20 touches per game over his last two games, finally found the end zone against the Steelers – but the price of a score apparently was his arm. He went down after being horsecollar tackled and was quickly ruled out for the rest of the game. This could be a multi-week injury, so fantasy managers will have to pick their poison in the Colts’ backfield between Tyler Goodson and Trey Sermon if they choose to replace Moss with one of the two running backs. Meanwhile, Michael Pittman Jr. left the game with a concussion after getting torpedoed midair by a flying Damonte Kazee. It’s a concussion for Pittman, but he’ll have one extra day to recover as he pushes to return for Week 16 with the Colts playing on Saturday this week.

  • Bengals WR Ja’Marr Chase exits game Saturday vs Vikings with shoulder injury, doesn’t return

    • Not only was Tee Higgins the one that Jake Browning was looking for this week in the end zone – Ja’Marr Chase didn’t get the chance to finish the game or contribute in overtime as he suffered a shoulder injury late. Chase was quickly ruled out spotted in street clothes on the sideline immediately following the injury. While there’s been no indication yet about the full extent of Ja’Marr’s injury, fantasy managers should anticipate Chase being out for at least Week 16 so as to avoid being caught with their pants down in assuming that Chase will be able to return in just one week. In the meantime, targets inside the Bengals offense continue to be extremely distributed with Browning at quarterback, with eight different players registering three or more targets in the game. Even if Chase were able to be back next week, he’d be unlikely to rank as a WR1 in Week 16 and potentially slot in as a low-WR2 against the Steelers.
